Is your jewelry water-resistant?

Our 18k gold-plated stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnish, but we recommend removing jewelry before swimming or showering to protect the stones and pearls.

Yes, but treat it with love — remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or swimming to preserve its shine and strength.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes — we believe in longevity and care. If your Ya-Lena piece ever needs repair, please reach out and we’ll do our best to restore it.

How long does shipping take?

All pieces are shipped from Lipsi, Greece.
Our orders are usually processed and shipped within a few days. Depending on your location, delivery can take between 5–14 business days.
In rare cases — for example, during peak season or international shipping delays — delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Each piece comes beautifully wrapped and ready for gifting — perfect for someone special or yourself.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on boutique sales and shipping in Europe. Please contact us directly for special orders or inquiries.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As each piece is handmade with care, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if there’s an issue — we’ll always find a kind solution together.

How can I find my perfect size?

Most of our bracelets and necklaces are designed with adjustable closures for a comfortable fit. If you’d like a specific length, we’re happy to create a custom size for you.
